That in the event that a clearance or non-clearance of a donation made to Butterflies by you in any form occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, PAN or address or any other wrong information), Butterflies shall not be held liable for it. Any extra cost incurred by Butterflies shall be claimed from you.

That the mode through which the donation is made by you is correct and proper in all respects.

That Donation Receipts for successful donations, online or offline, after receipt into our bank account, will only be issued and sent to the donor’s complete and proper address mentioned in the donation form along with the full compliance of all other statutory and legal requirements mentioned in the form.

That you will use the website for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Site and transacting on the Site.

You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Butterflies reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time.
